Fruit
3 cups blueberries
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
1 pinch cinnamon
juice of 1/2 lemon
Topping
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
3/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 pinches cinnamon
3/4 cup unsalted butter, chilled and cut into pieces
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup walnuts
( Super easy and one of those awesome times when you get to mix with your HANDS *is six* )
Really great with either vanilla or coconut ice cream.
